These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies (“Terms”), form a binding agreement between Hitendra Vala (“Website Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“you”, “your”) regarding your use of our website and services (“Services”). Cancellation & Refund Policy

Heavup aims to provide seamless and transparent booking services for maritime training courses. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rules applicable to cancellations and refund requests for bookings made through our platform.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted immediately after a booking is made.
- Once the booking details have been shared with an institute, vendor, or training centre and they have begun processing it, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.
If HeavUp cancels a course due to operational reasons:
- A 100% full refund will be issued automatically.
- Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their fee to another batch without extra charges.
3. Refund Policy / Non-Refundable Items
Generally, Heavup does not offer refunds for any bookings made through the platform.
If a refund is required for exceptional circumstances, the candidate may contact the respective training institute directly, as refunds (if any) are governed solely by their internal policies.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is applicable (e.g., due to operational cancellation by HeavUp), the student must provide:
- Full Name & Mobile Number
- Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
- Reason for refund
Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Heavup is not responsible for refunds, partial refunds, or denial of refunds by any institute after receiving booking confirmation.
